1. Retail Policy (International Orders Included)
1. Eligibility
· Requests within 7 days of delivery
· Customized/clearance/worn items excluded
2. Solutions by Issue Type
(1) Shipping Damage
· We assist carrier claims (unboxing video & tracking required)
· Customer pays return shipping, no replacement obligation
(2) Non-Quality Returns
· Accepted if unused in original packaging
· Customer bears all shipping/customs costs
(3) Quality Defects
· Submit 3 photos (defect overview/label close-up/shipping label)
· New pair shipped without return (we cover standard shipping)
3. International Terms
· All return duties/shipping paid by customer
· Replacements exclude express fees/import taxes
· Incomplete evidence requires supplementation within 3 days

· All requests require consultation with account manager
· Subject solely to signed contract terms
2. Exception Handling
(1) Batch Quality Issues
· Negotiate replenishment after sample video review
· No automatic returns/refunds
(2) Delivery Quantity Errors
· Verify records within 48 hours
· Replenish or refund if error ≥5%
No-Return Replacement Process
1. Step 1: Email evidence to returns@yuesirs.com within 7 days
2. Step 2: Receive audit result via email within 48h
3. Step 3: New pair shipped in 72h if approved (tracking# provided)
4. Step 4: Case closed if insufficient evidence not supplemented in 3 days

· Max 2 replacements per year
· 1 replacement per order
